No. Our packages cover only our own coordination time, expertise and in-house services. The costs of work carried out by external professionals (plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc.) are billed directly to you by the latter.

For this coordination, our invoicing is transparent: appointment management and follow-up are invoiced at an hourly rate of €28 incl. VAT, and a flat-rate travel charge of €0.40/km applies for us to go on site and coordinate the craftsman.
