Questions about our services
What happens in an emergency?
In the event of an emergency, we intervene within 2 hours, 24/7, to protect your assets. Last winter, for example, a customer suffered a heating failure: we called in a heating engineer the very next morning, and the house was warm again before he arrived. Beyond emergencies, we regularly check critical points (heating, roofing, etc.) to anticipate and avoid problems.
Do you work with trusted craftsmen?
Yes. All our craftsmen are local, certified and insured. For example, our plumber in Saint-Genis-de-Saintonge has been working in the region for 6 years, and is fully familiar with the specific features of Charente houses. Each job is personally supervised, rates are systematically negotiated and we guarantee impeccable results on all coordinated jobs.
How do I know what’s going on at home?
You receive a detailed report every month, as well as photos after each visit via WhatsApp. What’s more, in the event of an intervention or unforeseen event, we keep you informed in real time. Wherever you are in the world, you know exactly what’s going on at home.
I already have a caretaker/gardener!
That’s perfect: we always work alongside your usual service providers. Our role is to become your single point of contact: we coordinate everything from planned interventions to the unexpected. For example, one of our customers had a janitor and a regular plumber: when a leak flooded his cellar on a Sunday evening, no one was able to intervene until Monday. With us, the problem would have been solved in two hours, 7 days a week.
What exactly does the “Arrival Pack” cover?
It’s designed to let you enjoy your home from the very first minute. We carry out a complete airing of the house, comforters and pillows, start the fridge, open the shutters and ensure general preparation. We also carry out a complete energy check (water, gas, electricity, heating and air conditioning), as well as seasonal preparation: installing garden furniture in summer, storing wood in winter. Personalization is possible: we can, for example, prepare a bottle of pineau in the fridge, or any other detail that’s important to you. You arrive, put your bags down and enjoy. The comfort of a hotel… at home.
Can I modulate my services according to the season?
Absolutely. Our formulas are already adapted to the seasons, but we can modulate them according to your needs and pace of life. In winter, for example, we manage the heating and wood; in summer, we prepare the swimming pool and garden furniture. A simple call is all it takes to adjust our services to your needs at any time of year.
Are tradesmen’s services (plumbers, electricians, etc.) included in the packages?
No. Our packages cover only our own coordination time, expertise and in-house services. The costs of work carried out by external professionals (plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc.) are billed directly to you by the latter.
Our added value is private project management: we mobilize only trusted local craftsmen, qualified and rigorously selected by us. We are committed to negotiating quotations and rates to guarantee you the best value for money. Finally, we manage the scheduling of appointments, on-site follow-up and validation of the work carried out.
For this coordination, our invoicing is transparent: appointment management and follow-up are invoiced at an hourly rate of €28 incl. VAT, and a flat-rate travel charge of €0.40/km applies for us to go on site and coordinate the craftsman. In short, you delegate the technical burden to us, and we guarantee you fast, high-quality interventions at the right price.
How do you select tenants?
We rigorously screen each request, checking profiles and validating according to your criteria. You keep control of your reservations. Above all, we give priority to physical reception: no anonymous key boxes, but hand-delivered on arrival and departure. This guarantees the security of your property and permanent control.

What if I’m not satisfied?

After the first month of collaboration, if you are not entirely satisfied with our services:
€100 is reimbursed on costs incurred, with no justification required.

What happens if I exceed the 6 arrival/departure preparations in my formula?
No worries!
Each Intendance formula is based on à la carte pricing, with a discount adjusted according to your volume of services.
If you exceed the 6 preparations, we simply recalculate the total and automatically apply the corresponding discount level.
Can I change formula during the year?
Yes. Nos formules sont entièrement flexibles.
If your needs change (for example, you come more often, or you rent out your home), we simply adjust your package to suit the new level of support.
Your discount automatically adjusts to the corresponding level, without losing the benefits you’ve already earned.
Can I combine a stewardship package AND a rental package?
Yes. Both formulas are compatible.
If you have subscribed to a Rental package: You have access to all Intendance services, with discounts tailored to the level you have reached.
If you have taken out an Intendance package: You can add one of the Rental packages, without the cost of the Keys package (€216).
Can I take à la carte services without a formula?
Yes, absolutely. All CPC services are available à la carte to meet your specific needs.
However, for maximum peace of mind and optimized management, we recommend our packaged solutions.
They guarantee :

- Significant financial advantages thanks to included discounts (from -5% to -25% depending on the formula).
